Privacy policy

1. Controller

The data controller is the owner of Lak Slider (www.lakslider.com). For any question about your data, email pegatinasnail@hotmail.com.

2. What data we process and why

  • Messages and orders. The site has no forms, customer accounts or online payment. We only process the data you send us when you message us on WhatsApp, Instagram or by email (name, phone number or username, email address, delivery address and the content of your message), to answer you and, if you order, to prepare and ship the order and issue the invoice. Legal basis: your request and performing the order (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legal obligations such as tax rules (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
  • Visit statistics. We use Umami, a statistics tool installed on our own server. It sets no cookies and does not store your IP address: it only counts visits in aggregate (pages viewed, country, device type, clicks on the contact buttons). Legal basis: our legitimate interest in knowing how the site is used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Google Analytics. If it is switched on for the site, it loads only after you accept it in the cookie banner; you can change your choice at any time with the "Cookies" button at the bottom of the page. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
  • Server logs. For security and technical operation, the server records the IP address, date, requested page and browser. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). They are kept only as long as needed for that purpose.

3. How long

Messages: as long as needed to handle your question or order. Order data and invoices: as long as the law requires (usually six years, for accounting and tax purposes).

4. Who receives the data

  • The site is hosted on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH in the European Union.
  • Messages go through the service you choose to contact us: WhatsApp and Instagram (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) or your email provider and ours. Each one processes data under its own privacy policy.
  • To ship an order, we give your name, address and phone number to the carrier.
  • If you accept Google Analytics, Google Ireland Ltd. receives data about your visit; Google may transfer it to the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

We do not sell your data or use it to send advertising.

5. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw your consent at any time. Email pegatinasnail@hotmail.com. If you think we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or the authority in your country.
