How to order
This website is a catalog: there is no cart and no online payment. To order, message us directly.
1. Message us
Send us a message on WhatsApp (+34 604131623) or Instagram (@pegatinasnail). You can also email pegatinasnail@hotmail.com. Please include:
- the product: its name or SKU (shown on the product page) or the link to the page;
- the colour or variant, if the product has several;
- the quantity;
- the destination country and postcode.
2. We confirm your order
We reply with availability, the total amount including shipping and the available payment methods. Catalog prices include taxes.
3. Payment
We tell you the payment methods when we confirm the order. Nothing is paid on this website, and we will never ask for your card details by message.
4. Shipping
We prepare your order within 2–3 working days of payment. We mainly ship with Correos (the Spanish postal service) and other carriers. Once the parcel leaves, we send you the tracking number.

If there is a problem with the delivery, message us and we will sort it out.
5. Defective items
We do not accept returns unless the product arrives defective from the factory or damaged. In that case, message us with a photo of the product and we will replace it or refund you.
